You make an appointment and complete the required forms.

I reach out if I have any questions about your forms or need a clearer picture of your case.

I arrive at the agreed-upon location with everything I need. This could be your house, place of work, or an office I have access to.

We talk about what’s going on and what you want out of this appointment.

I perform an exam which usually includes checking your range of motion, a few orthopedic tests to rule things in or out, and a quick neuro exam (or a complete neuro exam depending on your case).

I give you my recommendations which may include - treatment today, sending you out for imaging, and/or a referral to a different provider.

If safe, you get a full hands on treatment which may include a chiropractic adjustment and any of the services listed in the services tab. There are no extra fees for needing one modality over another. Everything is a flat rate.

I pack up and leave.

You’ll get an email later with some exercises based on your specific findings.
